OSI Hardware provides a One Year Advance Replacement Warranty standard with all equipment we sell.
Many manufacturers, including Cisco, provide only a 90-day warranty on most equipment.

Advance Replacement Warranty
With OSI Hardware’s advance replacement warranty, your network experiences minimal downtime.
If your equipment happens to fail, OSI Hardware will overnight a replacement, based on availability.
Most manufacturers do not provide this extraordinary guarantee.

Technician Support over the Phone
When a problem arises, call OSI Hardware and we will troubleshoot your problem, with you,
over the phone to get your network up and running immediately.

Most Equipment Replaced Overnight
Many warranties sound good, but in a crunch, they do not deliver. OSI Hardware will replace
broken equipment overnight 95% of the time.

Support for End of Life Equipment
Many customers have equipment that is EOL/EOS that runs perfectly and they still need support.
OSI Hardware will warranty and support EOL/EOS Cisco products, even when Cisco will not.

Extended Warranties Available
